Requirement/s: Ages 14+
Program Description: This program aims to create a school to career pipeline for youth who attend. Our goal is to provide students the tools and experiences they need to set themselves on a career path before completing high school.
Two paths:
1. Adding a program to the school day three times a week. The classes will be one to two hours each. Students will then report to after school Career Pipeline work experience or hands on training 12 to 15 hours a week for 10 weeks.
2. Students report right after school, as they would a traditional afterschool program at 3:00PM. During this time there is homework help/ tutoring, physical fitness activities, followed by Career pipeline work experience/training.
Program/s: Jr. Chef, Jr. Law, Jr. Mechanic, Aviation, Scuba and dive, Jr. Teachers, Young Entrepreneurs, Jr. Referee, Jr. Art/ Business
Rehabilitation not Recidivism
Rehabilitation not Recidivism
Requirement/s: Ages 10+ referred by Juvenile Probation or Court Order
Program Description: This program aims to create a rehabilitation not recidivism career pipeline for youth that have made bad choices which have resulted in incarceration. Qualified participants will also have the opportunity to earn while they learn. Students can make anywhere from $8.25 to $12.00 per hour depending on the program.
Two Paths:
1. Adding the program to the school/educational base learning day of the detention center three times a week. Students will then report to after school career pipeline work experience or hands on training 12 to 15 hours a week for 10 weeks.
2. Student reports right after school at 3:00PM or 4:00PM depending on which school they attend. Followed by career pipeline hands-on training for 12 to 15 hours a week for 10 weeks.

Requirement/s: Students/Parents (Recruited through community engagement events and referral)
Program Description: The creation of the DEIA program is our first step to rebuild and rebrand Erie, PA. This program is set in place for parents to, also, be able to follow their dreams and find their career without worry of everyday needs. Parents will be expected to set measurable goals for the duration of the program that include career exploration, G.E.D classes, credit repair, savings plan, driver's license, and their career placement. Students and parents will be observed by Dream coaches of both your weaknesses and strengths to place you in the correct field suitable for your interests. This is a time where parents can go over any complications and can be assessed by the coaches so they can apart of the program. This program aims to work with parents/guardians to minimize or eliminate barriers that are an obstacle from following your dreams. The DEIA program will also develop family activities to increase positive interactions amongst the family unit.
